The facilities are equipped with 2 disc leveling lines, 4 blanking lines, 2 rim slitting lines, 11 disc production lines, 6 tubeless wheel lines, 5 tube-type wheel lines, 1 pickling line, 2 e-coating lines and 2 robotic painting lines. The company offers a comprehensive product range with an annual design capacity of 7 million wheels.

Located in Lanshan District, Rizhao, Shandong Province, the Rizhao plant covers an area of 80,000 square meters and employs 110 staff members. The facility is equipped with two leveling lines, three blanking lines, four tubeless wheel lines, one tube-type wheel line and six wheel disc production lines. It also includes one forged alloy wheel production line.
The plant utilizes a customized MES system developed by Digiwin for digital factory management. Equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment, including 256 robots, laser runout inspection systems, Yaskawa painting robots and welding robots, the facility achieves high automation levels, a comprehensive product range and enhanced production efficiency. Annual production capacity reaches 4 million wheels.
Located in Hedong District, Linyi, the plant was completed and put into operation in 2016. Covering an area of 30,000 square meters with 160 employees, it mainly produces tube-type wheels and operates four tube-type wheel lines and one tubeless wheel line.
The industrial park is home to Xingdong Rolling Mill, a specialized manufacturer of wheel rim steel and lock rings, providing reliable raw material support for tube-type wheel production.
